Wednesday, Oct. 7 - Nov. 11 (LM)

This service is fully booked.

Service Description

This class is a opportunity to make a beautiful lamp, based on a recent project published in Fine Woodworking magazine. This project will expose you to a variety of woodworking tools and machines. You will use crosslaps, bridle joints and tenons for the base and veneered strips for the shade. The final result will be a handsome lamp that will adorn your nightstand or make a great gift.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling: You may cancel your course registration one month before the first class and receive a full refund minus a $25 fee. Cancellations just two weeks out will result in half the course fee refunded. Cancellations in the two weeks before class begins will not be eligible for a refund. With more than two weeks’ notice, we can shift your class registration to a future session. Changes made less than two weeks in advance will be made without charge only if we can fill the vacated spot. Class absences: For our longer form courses (5-10 weeks), one absence will still allow students to complete the project. A second absence makes it too difficult to complete the curriculum. For shorter courses (1-5 weeks), students must attend all sessions to complete the project. Please understand that we cannot schedule make up sessions. Nor can we add students to future courses to make up for absences.
