Monday, Sept. 14 - Nov. 16 (WC)

Service Description

This practical and handsome unit is a great project for early and more experienced woodworkers alike. You will engage in the milling process to make flat, parallel stock, learn how to make doweled joints, add sliding doors to the front and a cleat in the back for easy hanging. These are skills that will prepare you for a broad range of future projects (and also serve as a prerequisite for our Open Shop sessions.) Chose between maple and walnut.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling: You may cancel your course registration one month before the first class and receive a full refund minus a $25 fee. Cancellations just two weeks out will result in half the course fee refunded. Cancellations in the two weeks before class begins will not be eligible for a refund. With more than two weeks’ notice, we can shift your class registration to a future session. Changes made less than two weeks in advance will be made without charge only if we can fill the vacated spot. Class absences: For our longer form courses (5-10 weeks), one absence will still allow students to complete the project. A second absence makes it too difficult to complete the curriculum. For shorter courses (1-5 weeks), students must attend all sessions to complete the project. Please understand that we cannot schedule make up sessions. Nor can we add students to future courses to make up for absences.
