Service Description

This class is two six-hour sessions. This class is an opportunity to build a traditional bent wood oval box in the Shaker style. The construction uses stream bent strips of wood, tacked together around a bottom and top form. Born before the time of plastic food containers, these boxes were used for the storage of dry goods. But you can use your box for whatever you like, and it makes a great gift.
